Dance and child development

ダンスを通した子供の成長

Lesson content is planned to match the level of development of each individual student. When children have an understanding of the importance of basic training, they will be able to develop a dancer’s physique that will allow them to dance in different genres when they are older.
Not only do the children’s dance skills improve, but by participating in lessons and performances, they develop concentration skills, learn about the importance of cooperation and the pleasure of working hard towards a goal, and develop the ability to overcome obstacles.
No lesson or performance can succeed without cooperation. Children learn and develop this naturally through exposure to a variety of situations.

The studio has a bright and informal atmosphere!

アットホームな明るいスタジオ!

Lessons take place in a brightly lit studio with big windows. The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed, making beginners feel right at home.
Lessons are mainly in small groups, ideal for beginners who want to thoroughly master the basics at a relaxed pace, as well as for students who want to develop their skills to an advanced level.
There are also many fun events, such as Hallowe’en and Christmas parties! There are lots of opportunities for communication among students and instructors, which makes learning an enjoyable experience.

Annual Students’ Performance

年1回のStudent’s Performance

The Dance MOVE Students’ Performance is held once a year.
This exciting event features adults and children dancing in scripted works as well as pieces individually choreographed by each instructor.
At Dance MOVE, we teach the importance of practicing seriously to dance for an audience. And it’s not just about dancing the steps they have memorized. Our students learn how wonderful it is to stand on a stage, after having practiced a piece over a long period of time in order to find their own, deeper expression.
